Jo came to visit to see the pieces we wanted to keep and then to see the new house, not at the finished stage. We arranged a trip to Edinburgh to two furniture showrooms with whom Jo has an excellent rapport and a history of good customer service.

At the visits suitable pieces were carefully chosen, with care and attention to sizing and material choices. Before the order was placed, Jo returned to make final measurements to ensure the furniture would fit. Detailed plans were sent, along with ideas and colour swatches for carpets, curtains, and cushions. Jo co-ordinated the fulfilment, arrival, unpacking, building, and placement of the furniture."
